Aggressive Look-Away Enforcer · effective [DATE OF FIRST RELEASE]
Aggressive Look-Away Enforcer does not collect, share or sell any data about you, and nothing it keeps leaves your Mac. The app has no network access, no account, no analytics and no advertising.
What stays on your Mac
To keep counting across restarts, the app saves your settings and its current timer state in its own sandboxed folder. It keeps no history. Settings ▸ Advanced ▸ Delete all my data and quit removes them, and so does deleting the app.
Keyboard and mouse
The app never sees what you type or where you click. It reads only how many seconds have passed since you last used the keyboard or mouse.
Microphone
The app never turns on or listens to the microphone. To tone down reminders during calls, it checks only whether another app is using it.
Camera (optional)
Eye tracking is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, the camera runs during a break, and while you test it in setup or Settings. Apple’s on-device Vision framework checks whether eyes are in view. Frames are analysed in memory and discarded; they are never saved, logged or sent anywhere.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
